Cogsdill Customer Service Manager, Maury West, will assume the position of West Coast Regional Manager effective September 1.
West, who has been with Cogsdill since 1997, was promoted to the position of Customer Service Manager in July, 2016. Since that time he has done an excellent job managing the customer service department and associated sales and marketing projects. West is also responsible for support to the Asian market.
Prior to managing customer service, West was Manager of Quality Control for 10 years. He is a 19 year employee of Cogsdill.
The West Coast Regional Manager’s position will be in addition to West’s current responsibilities and he will liaise with distributors and customers in the region, as well as provide technical support for all Cogsdill products. West will make multiple trips to the West Coast annually and he is looking forward to working more closely with our customers and distributors in the region.
